Dosierempfehlung

Täglich 2x1 Portion (2x12,5g, 2x1 Messlöffel) Hot Blood No-Stim Pulver mit 2x200 ml kaltem Wasser mischen. Das Getränk ist leicht kohlensäurehaltig, daher beim Schütteln alle 5 Sekunden den Verschluss öffnen, um Unfälle zu vermeiden. Eine Dosis 30 Minuten vor dem Training und eine Dosis während des Trainings einnehmen.
