Um zuzunehmen, muss man über einen längeren Zeitraum hinweg mehr Kalorien zu sich nehmen, als man verbraucht. Die Qualität dieser Kalorien entscheidet jedoch darüber, ob die Gewichtszunahme hauptsächlich aus Muskeln oder aus Fett besteht. So ist es beispielsweise nicht ratsam, einen Kalorienüberschuss durch den Verzehr einfacher Kohlenhydrate und/oder übermäßiger Mengen gesättigter Fette zu erzielen.

Jumbo Hardcore hilft diesen sauberen Kalorienüberschuss zu erreichen, so dass qualitativ Muskelmasse aufgebaut werden kann. Dabei ist das Verhältnis von Eiweiß zu Kohlenhydraten in Jumbo Hardcore fast identisch: 60 g Kohlenhydrate, 63 g Eiweiß und 14 g Fett pro Portion.

Jumbo Hardcore besteht ausschließlich aus Eiweißquellen tierischen Ursprungs, welche nicht nur alle essentiellen Aminosäuren enthalten, sondern auch ein Verhältnis an essentiellen Aminosäuren aufweisen, welches perfekt an die menschlichen Bedürfnisse angepasst ist. Das in Jumbo Hardcore enthalteneEiweiß trägt zur Zunahme der Muskelmasse und zur Erhaltung einer normalen Knochenstruktur bei*.

 

Aber auch das Kohlenhydratprofil ist beeindruckend: Es setzt sich aus einer Vielzahl qualitativ hochwertiger Kohlenhydrate zusammen, welche sowohl schnell als auch langsam absorbiert werden.

Außerdem enthält Jumbo Hardcore 3 Gramm Kreatin pro Portion, was der Menge entspricht, die die körperliche Leistungsfähigkeit bei kurzen, hochintensiven Übungen erhöht*. Das enthaltene Magnesium trägt zur Verringerung von Müdigkeit und Ermüdung bei, ist an normalen energieproduzierenden Stoffwechselprozessen beteiligt, trägt zu einer normalen Muskelfunktion bei und spielt eine Rolle bei der normalen Proteinsynthese*. Empfohlene Dosierung

Eine Portion (153 Gramm, 4 und 1/4 Messlöffel) pro Tag mit 500 ml Wasser verzehren. An Trainingstagen eine Portion nach dem Training oder zwischen den Mahlzeiten und an den Ruhetagen eine Portion zwischen den Mahlzeiten konsumieren.
